What kind of photos work best?

For the crispest, most vibrant magnets, we highly recommend using original, high-resolution photos straight from your phone's camera roll or your computer. Please try to avoid heavily compressed images, dark/low-light photos, or screenshots, as these can look blurry or pixelated when printed.

Will my photo be cropped?

Only slightly. Because we craft our magnets with a premium, full-bleed (edge-to-edge) finish, your image may be slightly cropped to ensure a perfect fit without any blank white borders. We recommend keeping important subjects central in your photos.

What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer two premium sizes: a modern 63mm Square magnet, and a classic 80x53mm Rectangular magnet. Both feature sharp corners and our signature pressed design.

Are these standard flat photo magnets?

Not at all! Unlike standard, thin magnetic sheets that bend and fade or cheap magnets with rounded corners, our magnets are crafted using a specialized heavy-duty press. This creates a rigid, three-dimensional structure that adds incredible depth. We then seal your photo under a clear protective layer for an ultra-premium, high-gloss finish.

Can I use different photos in a bundle?

Absolutely. Whether you order a single magnet or a bundle pack, you have full control. You can upload a unique, different photograph for every single magnet in your bundle.

How fast is shipping?

Every magnet is handmade to order in our UK studio. We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround, with a processing time of just 1-2 working days. Most orders are expertly pressed and dispatched on the very next working day!

Do you accept returns on custom items?

Because our magnets are completely personalised with your own photos, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with a photo of the defect, and we will happily arrange a replacement.
