Every Wee Magnet is handmade to order in our UK studio. We pride ourselves on a lightning-fast turnaround. We aim to process, professionally press, and pack your custom magnets within 1-2 working days. Most orders are dispatched on the very next working day!

We are thrilled to offer FREE UK Delivery on all orders over £10. Free shipping is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which typically arrives within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Premium Delivery Upgrades

Need your magnets in a hurry for a last-minute gift or special event? We offer premium delivery upgrades at checkout. Simply select your preferred expedited shipping option (such as Tracked 24) when completing your purchase, and the upgraded shipping cost will be calculated automatically.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalised Goods

Because our magnets are custom-made specifically for you using your own personal photographs, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if you simply change your mind or upload the wrong image. Please ensure you are happy with your chosen photos and cropping before completing your checkout.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Your memories are important to us, and we maintain strict quality control. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if an error has been made on our part, we will make it right immediately.

Please contact us via our Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged or faulty item, and we will arrange a fast, free replacement for you.
