Because our magnets are custom-made specifically for you using your own personal photographs, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if you simply change your mind or upload the wrong image. Please ensure you are happy with your chosen photos and cropping before completing your checkout.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Your memories are important to us, and we maintain strict quality control. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if an error has been made on our part, we will make it right immediately.

Please contact us via our Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged or faulty item, and we will arrange a fast, free replacement for you.
